Hi! I’m Zoe.

I was first introduced to meditation as a part of my movement practices, including yoga, tai chi and qi gong when I was 15. Years later, I founded my clinic Seaside Family Acupuncture with the goal of integrating the different branches of oriental medicine: acupuncture, herbs and diet, meditation, bodywork and movement. I used meditation to center myself, especially in my work with patients. I began using guided meditation as a part of my acupuncture treatments with all of my patients and found it key, often where the magic happens.

Over the years I have deepened my meditation practice by doing silent insight or vipassana meditation retreats as well as many yoga and tai chi or qi gong retreats, but felt frustrated at the gap between life in the retreat bubble and integrating meditation into my busy everyday life. It’s so easy to meditate on a retreat but then so tough to keep it going after a couple of weeks. Helping others develop and deepen a meditation practice that works for them has become one of my life’s works. I studied with several teachers including Sean Fargo, Josh Summers and Tara Brach and got certified to teach mindfulness meditation.

I developed this meditation circle to provide ongoing support to those seeking to establish a consistent meditation practice and to create a supportive community.

FAQ

1. What if I’m brand-new to meditation? This membership is perfect for beginners who want to get started by attending the weekly classes. There are so many resources in the library and Inner Anchor includes short easily implemented meditations and practices to reduce stress and anxiety. It’s also great for anyone who has meditated before but wants to get support to go deeper and integrate your practice into daily life.

2. Will I get instant access? Yes you can access the program soon after signing up!

3. Do I need to complete the course in any special time frame? The videos in the course are all self-paced and will be available to you as long as I am offering this program.

4. How long are the weekly calls? The live calls last 45-60 mins each week. In each call I give a short talk, followed by meditation practice and time for open discussion.

5. What if I decide this isn’t for me? The monthly membership has no contract and can be cancelled at any time. I also am committed to providing the best program I can so appreciate any feedback to help me improve.
