Hi! I’m Zoe.

I was first introduced to meditation as a part of my movement practices, including yoga, tai chi and qi gong when I was 15. Years later, I founded my clinic Seaside Family Acupuncture with the goal of integrating the different branches of oriental medicine: acupuncture, herbs and diet, meditation, bodywork and movement. I used meditation to center myself, especially in my work with patients. I began using guided meditation as a part of my acupuncture treatments with all of my patients and found it key, often where the magic happens.

Over the years I have deepened my meditation practice by doing silent insight or vipassana meditation retreats as well as many yoga and tai chi or qi gong retreats, but felt frustrated at the gap between life in the retreat bubble and integrating meditation into my busy everyday life. It’s so easy to meditate on a retreat but then so tough to keep it going after a couple of weeks. Helping others develop and deepen a meditation practice that works for them has become one of my life’s works.

I developed this virtual retreat to help folks bring life back into balance and to start the new year with presence and clarity.

What Students are Saying:

“Doing meditation with you I have found I have gone inward to a place of peace and calm.”

-M.B,

“What I really appreciated was Zoe's ability to draw your attention to look inwards and look at how you approach the world. Her techniques were very subtle and masterful. Her guided meditations were really really blissful and helped me to come back to myself. In a very short period of time she delivered lots of useful tools. She created a really safe and sacred circle for us to express what we were experiencing throughout the course. Zoe is extremely knowledgeable and has a wealth of resources she draws upon and makes available to her students.”
